If you’re having problems completing your Website in One Week within 30 days, or you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed, reach out. We may be able to help with an extension, or with extra services to make it easier for you.
If you still feel this is not the web-building experience for you, we offer a partial refund (50% of your commencement deposit, or 25% of the overall package price) for Website in One Week purchases if requested within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must NOT have
- Commenced the program, i.e. accessed any Website in One Week modules
- Submitted any content via our system
- Engaged Digital Narrative Pty Ltd for extra services, such as copywriting, graphic design or strategy.
Once you’ve started Module One of the Website in One Week program, even if you’ve only partially completed it, we do not offer any refunds. You can, however, request an extension or book extra help once you’ve started the program.
How to request an extension, extra help or a refund
If you meet the above criteria, please fill in the form below to access a refund, an extension or extra help.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
